Support Services
After purchasing a LibraryWorld service or software program you are eligible to receive a variety of support services. All software programs come with one full year of technical support. You have an option to renew that support on an annual basis. Telephone LibraryWorld's telephone support lines are staffed by experienced support professionals who take great pride in helping you accomplish your goals. Telephone support is staffed from 7:00AM to 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday. LibraryWorld Technical Support can be reached at 1-800-852-2777 and by FAX at 408-993-2147. Email support is becoming an increasingly popular method for receiving support as information can be exchanged in written form. Use this email address to ask technical support questions: custserv@libraryworld.com. Code Updates Minor code updates to software programs are sent whenever required. Major feature updates are sent about twice a year. Updates are automatically sent to all customers with active maintenance agreements. Newsletter A newsletter is designed to keep you informed of new LibraryWorld products, services and upgrades. Training Courses Automating your library is a big step and can bring many changes to your daily procedures and responsibilities. To insure the success of your automation project and make the most of your investment, we highly recommend that you consider one of our training courses. LibraryWorld's training classes are designed to cover all aspects of automating your library. |
